About: Textile Audio

Music in Motion, Sound in Space

Interactive and immersive sound studio

Textile Audio is Eve Klein and Ravi Glasser-Vora; we specialise in interactive and spatial audio.

We craft art by shaping sound, music and interactive technologies in playful ways. Our process combines community engagement with interactive world-building utilising sound to create deep connections to place via listening.

Our work is experienced by hundreds of thousands of people at international festivals and venues including MONA FOMA, VIVID Sydney, Burning Man, Brisbane Festival, Salisbury Cathedral, Underbelly Arts, the Melbourne Arts Centre and New York University. Technological innovation lies at the core of each artwork because we are curious about pushing the boundaries of audience experience and immersion.

Each artwork is crafted collaboratively with researchers, community groups, festivals, cultural organisations and other NGOs to invite audiences to discuss solutions to real-world challenges.

Our studio is based in Brisbane, Australia on Turrbal and Jagera Country.
